- Make sure your lockpicking skill is 100
- Pick up the quest in Old Town in Stormwind
- Travel to the southeast corner of Westfall and talk to
- Pick pocket the mob walking around the tower with spiked hair. If he detects you just run away and then sneak back and try again.
- Sneak into the tower and go to the top floor.
- Sap … and then quickly pickpocket the chest and loot …
- Return to Stormwind and turn in the quest.
