A Tauren can be a Druid, Hunter, Shaman, Warrior

A Tauren starts in Camp Narache in Mulgore. Start out by doing all of the quests you find here.

When you finish the quests available in Camp Narache you will have a quest that takes you to Bloodhoof Village.

Do the available quests in Bloodhoof Village then travel to Thunder Bluff and pick up any available quests there.

When you complete the available quests in Mulgore travel to the Barrens and work on the quests available in the crossroads.
